Fixed Asset Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Asset Accountant to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of our fixed assets, contributing to the financial integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update fixed asset records, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation calculations
-Conduct regular physical inventory audits of fixed assets
-Prepare and review journal entries related to fixed assets
-Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY TYPES:
- 13th month salary

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus
-At least 1 to 2 years experience in fixed asset accounting preferred
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
