HR Generalist

• Knowledge of HR functions such as but not limited to: employee relations, discipline management, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, recruitment, training and development
• In charge of end-to-end recruitment (from job posting to on-boarding)
• In charge of timekeeping – prepare & submit summary report for payroll processing
• Issues disciplinary actions in line with the company's code of conduct
• Assists employees in their work-related concerns & queries
• Ensures compliance in reporting of new employees to the government agencies (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
• Assists employees in availing benefits from the government agencies
• In charge of billing/invoice processing for HR-related transactions
• Ensures that all employees are enrolled in the company’s HMO program and covered by the insurance providers
• Monitor & process renewal of HMO & Insurance
• Coordinates Annual Physical Exam with provider and employees
• Maintains updated HR documents & 201 files
• Assists in implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Submits requested reports by the Project Lead and other departments

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws & Practices
• Organized and can maintain confidentiality
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
• Willing to travel to sites
• Preference will be given to applicants who can start ASAP
