HR Generalist

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in development, cascading to employees and implementation of human resource policies
-Responsible for government and legal compliance
-Manage recruitment and onboarding process
-Give support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
-Provide reports to management and recommend decisions based on HR metrics
-Safekeep HR related documents

-At least 2 – 3 years working as HR Generalist
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong time management skills and problem-solving skills
-Has experience in labor relations and HR Admin functions
-Keen with details, analytical and can act with integrity and confidentiality
-MS Office proficient and tech savvy
-Must be flexible and willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
