Service Desk Team Lead

H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is urgently in need of the ff:

SERVICE DESK TEAM LEAD

-Graduate of any 4-year computer-related courses (Information Technology, Computer Science).
-Must have at least 6 months of Team Lead, QA, or Subject Matter Expert experience in IT Service Desk, Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Center Services
-Working knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
-Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
-Amenable to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
