Recruiter Assistant

-Focus primarily on hiring qualified applicants that aid to support the Operational needs of the Company.
-Provides the manpower requirements of the departments and stores.
-Recruits and partners with new Agencies and Head Hunters.
-Liaise/Coordinates with the Recruitment agencies for manpower pooling.
-Conducts initial interviews and applicant screening.
-Sets appointments with Law Office for final interviews.
-Ensures that the new hires have complete requirements before the start date.
-Facilitates employee contract signing and monitors employment contract dates, expiration, and renewal.
In-charge with new employee orientation and other on-boarding activities.
