HR Manager

To support business, oversee, evaluate, and put into practice pertinent HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
-Review Philippines payroll administration
-Create and maintain a dashboard with HR data and reporting.
-Make sure routine HR tasks are carried out effectively.
-Project leadership for HR throughout SEA and events as needed carry out more tasks as needed
-Continually communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
-Organize and control the workflow for all HR procedures, from onboarding through offboarding.
-Control and aid the hiring and vetting process (track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed)
-Ensure productivity and work efficiency to deliver HR services on schedule to internal and external stakeholders.
-To guarantee that accurate employee data is recorded, keep the HR systems up to date.

-Minimum 6 years’ experience in HRBP/generalist with a track record of strong exposure on talent management, employee relations management, change management, employee engagement and organizational development.
-Fluent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong people skills
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Working knowledge of local legislation and regulations
-Project management skills across multiple teams
-Experience and knowledge in HRIS systems e.g. Workday
