Duty Manager

Assists the Rooms Division Manager in all aspects of rooms operations and improving the standards of product & service for guests.

- College graduate preferably HRM or Tourism course graduate
-Five years experience in Hotel/Resort (3years in front office / guest services or
related role) including supervisory or Managerial experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
