DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures all staff are aware of the current rate structure and daily availability of rooms.
• Key driver for associates and implement promotions and added services for the hotel room sales over the counter. Promote upsell program.
• Establishes and oversees strict adherence to the key control procedures
• Exceeds customer satisfaction and maximizes return customers Coaches, counsels, discipline employees.
• Meets and conducts courtesy call to guest.
• Practices maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special
customers.
• Oversees and assists the front desk during heavy check in and check out.
