Compliance Specialist

- Assists the CCO in all compliance matters
- Work closely with Risk Management and Internal Audit Teams to facilitate clear communication of updates and processes
- Proactively identifies possible challenges in KYC/Due diligence
- Conduct/Perform Independent Compliance Testing based on approved schedule and test plan and summarize findings/recommendations for review of the CCO to ensure corrective action is taken to address the findings raised.
- Facilitates and fulfills department requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years financial services experience (risk or regulatory compliance exposure is preferred)
- Competent in using MS Teams, Zoom, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other commonly used applications
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and has the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
