• Creating training data sets for Al models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.
• Annotating data to help Al models align to human values.
Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert- generated training data as well as Al model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the Al models.
• Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent English writing skills.
Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics.
• Well-honed internet research skills.
• Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.
