Procurement Officer

As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to IT and non-IT categories. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day procurement tasks, managing contracts, soliciting competitive bids, and establishing strong relationships with suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring procurement process compliance and maintaining supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement for various categories including Hardware, Software, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Company Lease, Telecom, Transportation, Fleet Services, etc.
- Manage and track preventive maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment.
- Oversee purchase orders and contracts related to the assigned categories.
- Conduct competitive bidding processes and lead negotiations with suppliers.
- Perform vendor analysis, selection, and onboarding.
- Execute purchase orders and establish contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies.
- Manage supplier invoices and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery, and drive improvement actions when needed.
- Manage documents for PEZA Farming (in/out of assets) before delivery.
- Handle asset disposal management.

- Must have at least five (5) years experience as Procurement Supervisor or TL
- BPO experience, an advantage
