Role: As a Helpdesk Analyst, your main goal is to provide efficient and professional IT support to clients. You'll be responsible for handling calls, emails, and mobile requests, identifying the problems, and logging them based on their impact and priority. It's crucial to ensure that the Average Handle Time (AHT) of calls remains below 4 minutes.

You'll collaborate with support engineers and network administrators to resolve complex issues and high-level service tickets. You'll also provide remote and onsite support as needed, install and configure hardware, and maintain accurate documentation of all client work in the ticketing system.

- graduate of any discipline
- at least one (1) year experience as Helpdesk Analyst or Service Desk Analyst
- basic knowledge of Active Directory, including tasks like creating user accounts and resetting passwords, is required.
- amenable to work onsite in Alabang
