Dispositions Specialist

We are looking for Dispositions Specialist.

A successful candidate is friendly and persuasive. You understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate is also patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Work schedule: CST

Rate: 24,000 - 28,000

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via call, SMS or email and build/create relationship.
- Connect with new buyers.
- Find potential JV deals.
- Phone Support.
- Receive inbound calls from clients who are interested to buy deals. Make outbound calls as requested by the clients.
- Build rapport with potential clients to overcome objections.
Nurture clients and follow up calls.
Sell our deals.
- Use CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are assigned.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
- Contact potential clients every day that will drive results.
Attend business meetings and training as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Provide efficient customer service by entertaining inquiries and other concerns about the properties being marketed.

- Sales experience is a plus.
- Must be someone who aims to add value to the company.
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
- Must be a resourceful team player and able to accept criticism.
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and/or Google Docs.
- Excellent written, grammar and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Must possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
