E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
-Manage and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, images, and pricing.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
-Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, using tools like Google Analytics.
-Identify and implement improvements to the user experience, navigation, and checkout process to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize conversions.
-Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for competitive advantage.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
-Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any online order issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
-Work closely with third-party vendors, such as payment processors and fulfillment partners, to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment.
-Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on e-commerce platforms and tools.

-Graduate of Business related course
-With minimum 2 years of extensive working experience in the related field
-Background in the retail or electronic products is a definite advantage
-Must be strategic and have high analytical thinking skill
-Willing to work from Monday-Sunday(Shifting schedule) 9:00am-6:00pm
-Good communication skills (English, Tagalog or Taglish)
