Warehouse Supervisor

-Pedrollo Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
-As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and implementing quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
-This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be responsible for training and mentoring warehouse staff, providing performance feedback, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. You will also enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,
Business Mgt, Industrial Engineering, or any
Management-related course
- With at least 2 years experience as a
warehouse supervisor / in Warehouse and
Logistics
- Knowledgeable in using inventory software
and system
- With strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Preferable living in Quezon City or
Quezon City Area
