Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.
In this role, you will manage warehouse staff, ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, and maintain high standards of safety and organization.
You will also coordinate with other departments to support the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
-Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
-Implement and enforce safety procedures and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
-Monitor warehouse operations and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
-Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
-Manage inventory control processes, including stock audits and cycle counts.
-Maintain warehouse organization, including layout, labeling, and cleanliness.
-Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
