Butcher

-Responsible for the high level of meat product quality and breakdown of pork, beef and chicken carcasses to the desired standard cuts

-vocational or college level
-At least 1 year experience as a Butcher in a retail setting is an advantage
-knows how to use tools such as but not limited to knives, saws and grinders
-Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending period, lift heavy items, and work in cold environment
-knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
