Appraiser Specialist

Coordinates scheduling of ocular inspection of properties subject to appraisal. Performs appraisal works in accordance with the approved SOPs for appraisal including physical/ocular inspection, drawing computerized lot plotting and vicinity map of real estate property, conducts thorough research/verification on the authenticity of the title, tax mapping, survey from other banks and other information sources of property market values and rental survey and determine the valuation and set a fair and reasonable appraised value of the properties. Prepares the relative property appraisal /verification reports and ensures timely submission to requesting units. Conduct field credit investigations from time to time.

- Graduate of any 4-5 years course; preferably civil, mechanical, or geodetic engineer.
- Must have at least two to four years of experience performing functions related to the appraisal of properties.
