Cost Controller

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the management reducing company expenses while maximizing revenues in F & B Department by establishing procedures and processes to determine variance of actual costs against budgeted costs, estimate costs on foods & beverages and determine prices; maintain a system of checking and monitoring to prevent loss due to spoilage and theft.

-A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration or related course
-With at least two to three years experience in F&B cost controlling
-Must be willing to work at Boracay, Aklan
