Merchant Services Specialist

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales via calls, chats, and emails
• Review customer applications for accuracy and completeness
• Provide comprehensive merchant services for any new
boarding and support procedures
• Coordinate with various departments for merchant requests
• Conduct training to merchants and explain how the system works
• Generating and sharing reports to the Management for reference, consolidation, and monitoring

·Holds a bachelor’s degree
·Proficient in the English language, both oral and written.
·Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·Passionate about high-quality work and continuous improvement in business procedures.
·Strong relationship management skills, the ability to collaborate, and the ability to bring people together towards a shared outcome.
·Ability to negotiate and influence a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
