HR Generalist

Duties and Responsibilities:
▸ Facilitates the conduct of recruitment initiatives (e.g. publish job posting, coordinates, drafts and submits job offers, etc.) and schedules applicants for interview purposes
▸ Facilitates the conduct onboarding programs to new employees and ensures that new employees are aligned with the company's vision/mission, standards, and are familiar with ELC's processes.
▸ Processes time and work output data needed for payroll prior to submission to finance and higher management.
► Facilitates the conduct of administrative cases.
▸ Processes regulatory compliances with government agencies
▸ Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in psychology or human resources management
• At least 2 -3 years of direct work experience as an HR Generalist with mastery in all facets / general practice and functions of HR operations (e.g. timekeeping, recruitment, and others)
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively communicate with employees
• Must have strong interpersonal skills that are needed for building relationships with employees, managers, and executives.
• With good moral character and no derogatory record
