Kitchen Supervisor

* A bachelor's degree in business administration, restaurant management, culinary, or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at restaurant, or similar.
* Extensive experience with forecasting, purchasing and inventory reports.
* In-depth knowledge in kitchen standard operations.
* Ability to improve, innovate and create a recipe.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
* Overseeing kitchen staff and full operation of the kitchen.
* Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
* Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.
* Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
* Monitoring shelve stocks, quality control and compliance of SOP’s.
* Motivating employees to achieve targets.
* Training new staff members.
