HR Generalist

• Managing the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conducting employee onboarding, training, and development of new hires.
• Managing the payroll and employee benefits, including incentives, bonuses, and leaves.
• Handling the employee data and monitoring the performance review and evaluation.
• Assisting and resolving the HR concerns of employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

• Must have two (2) years of working experience in the human resources field.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptive and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Knowledgeable in labor relations and labor laws.
