Accounts Receivable Supervisor

PURPOSE: The A/R Supervisor obtains revenue by processing invoices; resolving missed payments; updating financial records; supervising staff.

DESCRIPTION:
- Supervises the daily activities of the accounts receivable staff.
- Supervises and maintains the timely and accurate reporting of all accounts receivable records, reports and submissions.
- Support financial planning by forecasting cash.
- Issuance of demand letter/Attorneys’ letter of delinquent customers.
- Ensure that operational standards are followed in the accounts receivable duties and must be done by contributing the necessary information in the strategic plans along with reviews made.
- Collect account through contacting customers who are referred to them by clerks, investigating cases of non-payment, negotiating and also resolving conflicts.
- Other duties assigned.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably with knowledge of Quickbooks and Odoo.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- Excellent sense of urgency.
- Can supervise people.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
