Quality Assurance Specialist

Primary Functions:
• Oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of IT-related documents.
• Maintain a centralized document repository and ensure version control.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT-related documentation.
• Manage access permissions to documents, ensuring that only authorized personnel
have access to sensitive or confidential information.
• Ensure that IT documentation complies with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies. Participate in audits and inspections related to document control.
• Develop comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities.
• Create detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Define test data requirements.
• Execute test cases manually or by utilizing automated testing tools.
• Identify and document issues discovered during testing.
• Conduct performance testing, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform security testing and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders.
• Validate that the system meets end-user requirements.
• Conduct regression testing.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is often preferred.
• Proficiency in document management software and tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of IT processes, terminology, and documentation requirements.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles as they relate to documentation.
