CHAT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL)
• Responsible for multiple simultaneous live chats with customers to assist them with
• Inquiries and later on convince them to provide their contact details
• Understand the main concern of the customers
• Use the appropriate script and canned message & Create an English summary of the Spanish case scenario.

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, in any field
• With good English and Spanish communication skills and willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
