Sales Manager

-Perform recruitment functions such as conducting interviews, hiring new Sales Consultants, training, and improvement analysis
-Must bring in at least 3 Sales Consultants
-Complete the ideal sales team of 5-7 Sales Consultants
-Strategic decision-making and high-level of proficiency in sales management.
-Knowledgeable about latest trends and best sales practices in the real estate industry.

-College Graduate, any course (preferably Business, Marketing or Engineering)
-Preferably with 2-3 years experience as Real Estate Sales Manager or 3-4 years experience as Real Estate Senior Sales Consultant
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Computer literate and has basic knowledge of MS Office products
-Highly motivated, articulate, and personable
-Licensed Broker is a plus but not required
