A record of over 70 years of product innovation, service excellence, and customer dedication. IDEAL MACARONI & SPAGHETTI FACTORY, INC. dominates the pasta industry with its world-class range of pasta and other food products, that have become household names.

Ideal Macaroni & Spaghetti Factory Inc. was established in the mid-1940s, starting its operations as a small family enterprise. The company was then engaged in coffee roasting, chocolate production, spices trading and was also producing pasta under the Victory brand. After acquiring the manufacturing facilities from an outgoing Spanish immigrant, the company adopted the brand name IDEAL.

Pasta was then packed in big kraft paper wraps and sold only in the traditional market. Back then, it took more than 24 hours to produce a finished product.

Pasta now can be produced and packaged within a short period of 4 hoursthanks to continuing upgrades of our production facilities and manufacturing technology, and the relentless devotion of pasta making excellence.
