Sales Manager

-Develop the Philippine photovoltaic market, and be responsible for thee sales of photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries and other products.
-Implement the company's sales strategy, formulate a sales work plan, then break it down into indicators and achieve goals and tasks.
-Responsible for the issuance and follow-up of orders, execute daily management of business data, contracts and receivables, and coordinate with team to deliver parts in time and with high quality to customers
-Timely collect relevant industry policies, competitor information and customer information in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, analyze market development trends, and provide information support for major decisions of the company
-Responsible for business training, performance management and business guidance of sales staff in the Philippines
-Responsible for Philippine customer relationship maintenance and construction, business negotiation, etc.
-Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

-College degree or above, more than 3 years sales experience, sales experience in photovoltaic industry is preferred
-High market sensitivity, strong planning and execution ability, strong sense of cooperation, service and confidentiality.
-Have some understanding of photovoltaic industry, channel development and maintenance of customer resources is preferred
-Experience in the whole process of bidding is preferred
-Have strong market analysis, marketing and promotion skills and good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, analysis and problem solving skills
-Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing
-Adapt to frequent short distance business trips
