F&B Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager will manage the food service operations, ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, train and supervise staff, and manage the department's budget.

• College graduate related to the hotel and food & beverage industry or of a business nature to do the job.
• Must have at least 3 - 5 years experience in the same position at the hotel With experience in food safety (certified food safety officer is an advantage)
• Personable, pleasant, good-looking, clear face, people-oriented, and customer-oriented
• Good decision-making skills
• Team Player
Articulate, fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on a shift basis.
