Purchasing Staff

-Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
-Ensure that orders received are accurate
-Ensure goods received are not damaged
-Handle goods throughout the purchasing process
-Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
-Keep accurate records of purchases made

Graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing, or related -courses
-At least 1-year Purchasing experience in IT related field is an advantage
-Proficiency in English communication both oral and written
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
