Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing our team, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily operations activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
-Coordinate with various departments to meet production goals and customer expectations.
-Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance productivity and performance.
-Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize wastage and optimize resources.
-Implement and enforce safety and quality control standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
-Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
-Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
-Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
-Knowledge of industry safety and quality standards.
