Service Desk Representative

• Contribute to the phase of project life cycle using Zoho
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and chat in a regional level
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
• Handling ticketing system, updates status and collaborative with team members
• Ensure ticket solutions achieve timeline requirements
• Maintains a positive relationship with colleagues and existing clients
• Demonstrate knowledge in service desk system and apply it in business

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Familiarity with Service Desk
• Knowledge in Zoho Application is an advantage
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Service Desk Systems
• Fresh graduates are still welcome to apply
• Proven technical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Working under pressure, handling complaints
• Flexible working hours and willing to render overtime if needed
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
