Collector

This is a Field Work.
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Field Collector to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from clients or customers in the field, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
You will visit customer locations, conduct interviews, and negotiate payment arrangements.
Your duties will also include documenting collection activities, preparing reports, and collaborating with the accounts receivable team to resolve any issues.
Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this position.
