HR Generalist

• Assist HR Personnel in relation to general function of HRD such as recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and office administration
• Monitor and recommend Performance evaluation/ appraisal, rewards and penalty program and employee relations
• Conduct Employee Orientation Program
• Ensure appropriate guidance on the investigation, administrative hearing and consultation to concerned employees with regard to committed infractions
• Secure that all termination follows due process
• Observe and practice strategic management of 201
• Observe and Practice all policies and Procedures are in accordance with the Philippine law

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
• Conversational in English for both written and oral.
