Purchasing Staff

As a Purchasing Staff member, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services essential for our company's operations. You will ensure that the organization obtains high-quality products at competitive prices and that inventory levels are maintained to meet production and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish terms of agreements.
-Purchase goods, materials, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability.
-Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
-Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
-Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and pricing.
-Review and analyze supplier performance and maintain positive supplier relationships.
-Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders, deliveries, or invoices.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
-Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
