HR Staff

As a Warehouse HR Staff member, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions within the warehouse setting. Your role includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting warehouse employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and conduct the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

-Manage employee records, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.

-Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and overtime.
-Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and overseeing workplace safety programs.
-Collaborate with warehouse management to understand workforce needs and address staffing issues.
