Purchasing Assistant

Inaveit Systems Technologies Inc. is an emerging company that is primarily engaged in providing complete Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions.

As part of our expansion program, we are in need of highly capable individuals to fill-in the PURCHASING ASSISTANT position.

• Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course.
• With at least 1 year working experience in the related field.
• Reviews and select qualified supplier and prepares Purchase Order and purchases the items or services.
• Assists the Purchasing Head in the preparation of documentation requirements.
• Knowledgeable in Information and Communication Technology.
• Have good communication skills (oral and written).
• Decision Making and Strong Analytical and Presentation skills.
• Can handle work pressure.
