F&B Server

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Your role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the coffee shop.
-Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
-Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following the shop’s standards.
-Answer customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and provide recommendations.
-Ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
-Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
-Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
-Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
-Work collaboratively with other team members, including baristas and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service.
-Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for customers and staff.
