Supply Oilfield Services, Inc, was established by Mr. Louis Paul Heussaff in 1979 and the company has been heavily involved in providing logictics, manpower and remote site services for over the last three decades.

In 2011, SOS Inc. teamed up with Newrest Group - a company that is present in 49 countries and is the leading provider of catering services and remote site management of large infrastructure and logistics projects; and with the Miascor Group - a company under Citadel Holdings owned by the Delgado family and is the Philippine's leading airport services company engaged in ground handling, cargo logistics and inflight catering in 6 major airports nationwide.

This joint venture gave way to the birth of Newrest SOS. It has grown into a multinational company with close to one thousand employees serving clients like Exxon Mobil, Halliburton, Shell, Total, Yamgaz & Technip.

At present, Newrest SOS is the proven leader in business solutions, integrated logistics, and manpower support to companies engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and production as well as other industries in the Philippines and overseas.
