Dining Supervisor

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Dining Supervisor to oversee our cafe's daily operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth dining service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support dining staff to provide efficient service.
-Oversee table assignments and manage reservations and waitlists.
-Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
-Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints.
-Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards.
-Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
