Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll process and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, handling tax reporting, and resolving payroll-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, knowledge of payroll software, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
-Verify timesheets, employee hours, and deductions.
-Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations.
-Manage payroll reporting and tax filing requirements.
-Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
-Maintain and update payroll records.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
-Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
-Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
-Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
