Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team.
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling returns and exchanges, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
