Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
-Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
-Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
-Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
-Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

-Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
