• Experience in recruitment, with a focus on social media or digital recruitment strategies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Jobs, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong understanding of employer branding and content marketing principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adapt strategies as needed.
• Creative thinking and a strong understanding of current social media trends.
