Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Accounting Bookkeeper for a one-month contract to assist with day-to-day accounting functions. This remote position requires expertise in using accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.
Prepare and maintain financial reports as required.
Manage invoicing, payments, and assist with other financial record-keeping tasks.
Support ad-hoc accounting duties and ensure compliance with company policies.
