FSI has obtained the approval and certification of Bureau Veritas S.A. Phils. (BVQI) for Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2015 for Crewing Manning Services, last May 14, 2015, with Certificate No. 330624-UK, and BVQI has approved the recertification of FOSCON SHIPMANAGEMENT INC. to ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard under certificate No. PH000370 with UKAS certification last May 13, 2021, and certificates expire on May 13, 2024.

Qualified Seafarers
FSI has trained competent and aspiring seafarers for the purpose of deploying and supplying to various clients around the world, with high standard seafarers to serve onboard ocean-going vessels, and to render all other marine related services to foreign principals.

Registered Manning Agency
FSI has a Philippine registered Manning Agency, which was adopted on July 8, 2005; and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) with Certificate No. POEA 023-SB-041805-R dated 11 August 2005, renewed under Certificate No. POEA-026-SB-030817-R-MLC last April 17, 2017 to April 16, 2021 and now renewed under Certificate No. POEA-020-SB-030221-R-MLC last April 17, 2021 to April 16, 2025.

FSI has acquired the approval of Bureau Veritas S.A Phils. For the attestation of compliance No. MNL0/MGT/20180509115226 last April 17, 2018 and valid until April 16, 2023, that complies with the requirements of: Bureau Veritas Guidance Note NI 563 Standard for Quality Management System for Seafarer Manning Offices and Regulation 1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 on voluntary basis.
