CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (Healthcare)
The Patient Advocate role is to:
1. Receive Inbound calls from patients to set appointments
2. Make outbound calls to remind patients of their schedule
3. Manage Clinic systems to update Electronic Medical Record of Patients

Qualifications:
1. One year Customer Service Experience in a health care account
2. Able to navigate and read Electronic Medical Records
3. Great attention to detail and in managing clinic calendar and appointments
