Employee Relations Specialist

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation is currently hiring for Employee Relations Specialist.

-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management, Business Administration or Equivalent
-Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
-Preferable with experience in Employee Relations (processing of disciplinary actions, knowledgeable with Labor & Ethics policies and procedures, organizing corporate events such as Year-end party and sportfest, conduct training, etc..)
-Must be pro-active, can handle pressure and less supervision
-With good English communications skills
-Must be willing to work at Clark Freepost zone, Pampanga
