Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will handle employee relations matters, ensure a positive work environment, and support the resolution of workplace issues to maintain employee satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
-Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
-Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
-Advise management on employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
-Conduct investigations into employee complaints and prepare reports with findings.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
